Villa Saulina offers our guests 14 flats of various dimensions that can accommodate from 2 to 10 guests. Each flat has been renovated and adapted to the needs of today's traveler while maintaining the qualities of a typical, rustic farmhouse from years gone by. Our flats all include a fully furnished kitchen, living room, comfortable bedrooms and an outdoor area complete with barbecue grill.
FLAT 2+1
Located on the ground floor overlooking a cozy patio, our 2 + 1 flats were designed to accommodate 2 people (3 at the very most) and feature: entrance onto living area and kitchenette, single couch-bed, master bedroom and bath with shower. The flat also includes an outdoor area with table and chairs.
The ambiance is typical Tuscan: terracotta floors, ceiling beams in full view and Arte Povera style furniture.
FLAT 2+2
Our two-room (2 + 2) flats were designed to accommodate up to 4 people comfortably and feature an entrance onto living area and kitchen, a double couch-bed and a master bedroom for another couple.
The flats offer everything you will need to enjoy a pleasant stay, including a fully equipped kitchen for 6.
FLAT 4+2
Our three-room flats were designed to host 4 guests with the possibility of accommodating another 2 people on the couch-bed located in the living room.
There are two double bedrooms and, like all of our flats, they feature an entrance onto the living area and kitchen, bath with shower as well as a patio or private outdoor area with table and chairs.
FLAT 6+2
For a holiday with your group of friends, larger flats that are built on two levels are at your disposal: an entrance onto a spacious living room and kitchen, three bedrooms and two baths. Furthermore, additional two guests can be accommodated on the comfortable couch-bed in the living room.
These flats also feature an outdoor area with table and chairs for travelers to sit immersed in the beautiful, green countryside of Villa Saulina.
