Here at Hotel Villa Saulina we have a number of apartments available tailored to suit your family needs. Each flat has been meticulously renovated for the modern traveller whilst maintaining the original charm and characteristics of a typical rustic farmhouse from bygone years. All our flats include a fully equipped kitchen, living room, comfortable bedrooms and an outdoor barbecue area.
FLAT 2+1
Our 2+1 apartments have been designed to accommodate 2 people comfortably, but can accommodate up to 3. Located on the ground floor they overlook the patio and are equipped with all the modern facilities you would expect from a luxurious 4 star apartment in Tuscany. These apartments enter in to the living/kitchenette area and have a single sofa-bed. There is also a master bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Each flat also includes an outdoor area with table and chairs. They have been furnished in a typical Tuscan style with terracotta floors, exposed ceiling beams.
FLAT 2+2
Our two-room 2+2 apartments have been designed to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people comfortably and feature a living area and kitchen, a double sofa -bed and a master double bedroom.
FLAT 4+2
Our three-room apartments have been designed to accommodate 4 guests with the possibility of accommodating an additional 2 people on the sofa-bed located in the living room. There are two double bedrooms, a living area with kitchen and a bathroom with shower, as well as a patio or private outdoor area with table and chairs.
FLAT 6+2
Perfect for a holiday with friends! These larger flats that have been built on two levels are ideal for that special holiday with friends. You enter your luxury apartment in to a spacious living room and kitchen; there are a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Furthermore, it is possible to accommodate an additional two guests on the comfortable sofa -bed in the living room.
